Amazing Info's | US Firm Kohler has revealed its latest innovation for toilets, a dual LED Nightlight System that helps guide you safely and comfortably, even on the darkest nights. Kohler’s new seat has a guide light to get people to the exact area of their bathroom, at which point a 'task light' is revealed to make sure users can aim accurately.

According to Kohler, it has designed to light to be just bright enough to see without totally waking people up, boasting no need to flip a switch and support yourself for the harsh bathroom light that stuns your sleepy eyes. The toilet could also help those with weak bladders get back to sleep more easily.

The battery powered light is set by the user to come on at nightfall, and runs for seven hours every night. The makers claimed it can last seven months using four AA batteries, and the seat is also fully detachable for cleaning.

“It’s perfect for kids, seniors, or anyone who needs to use the bathroom in the middle of the night,” the firm said.

The marketing manager for Kohler toilet seats, Jerry Bougher stated that typically overhead lights are bright because daytime tasks call for well-lit spaces. But accessing the bathroom at night is a different story.

“One of the fastest ways to ruin your chances of getting back to sleep easily is to turn on a harsh, bright overhead light in the bathroom. The Nightlight toilet seat offers a soft, non-disruptive alternative,” Bougher said.

Sleep experts believed that light at night can cause sleep distraction, even the light of a phone or tablet. Some blame using mobiles and tablets into the early hours for a bad night's sleep, but gadgets may not disturb sleep at all as long as you dim the lights and keep it at a safe distance from your face.
