To all beach-goers out there, have you heard the Barking Sands Beach? If not, let me introduce to you the magical and amazing beach. Yes, it is magical because when you step on the white sands of the beach, it produces a sound just like a "barking dog."
You did not misread that. The same sound can be heard when the waves hit the shore. The Barking Sands Beach is located 9 kilometers northwest of Kekaha, Kauai County, Hawaii. It is also known as "Polihale Beach."
Aside from barking-dog sound, the beach has a lot to offer even if it's on the remote area of Hawaii. This beach is a famous tourist destination because of its natural beauty.
The amazing beach is surrounded by green hills and opens to the blue sky which makes the tourists to relax and unwind.
Mostly, the tourists who visit here are just to spend time with sunbathing because they can't swim in the water due to huge waves.
Visitors can lie on their mats with umbrella while enjoying the magnificent view and sipping iced lemon juice. Another breath-taking view is when the sunset comes.
