While wearing a helmet, mask and bullet proof jacket, he bend his one knee and pulled a small red box with a ring and asked the magic word, "Will you marry me?"

Others lighted the fireworks and lit red flares as a sign of a wedding celebration. Another friend of the guy handed him a bouquet of red roses and gave it to his future wife and shouted, "Glory to Ukraine" and the other protesters chanted back "Glory to the Heroes."
The scene where the man proposed is near to the Independence Square in Kiev. The name of the couple was kept unknown to avoid prosecution.
